How do I get on the mailing list?

How do I submit a vehicle for an upcoming show?
Click on the car entry button on the show information page, fill out the entry form completely, and attach the required photos (Left Front Corner, Engine Bay, Right Rear Corner, and the Interior from the opened driver’s door), and submit.
How will I know if my vehicle has been accepted?
When accepted, a link will be sent to you via email, where you will sign the terms and make a payment. If this is not completed by you in 5 days, your spot will be forfeited and given to someone else.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available online or at the ticket booth inside the front door. Online tickets are only able to be used on the Day Purchased For and are non-refundable.
i.e. Tickets that were purchased to be used on Friday 1/30/26, can only be used that Friday. Not On Saturday or Sunday.
How can I be a vendor for an upcoming show?
Click on the Vendor Sign Up button on the show information page, fill out the Show Vendor Form completely and submit. Someone will be in contact with you afterwards.
When are entry forms mailed or emailed?
Forms are usually sent out at the beginning of November.
Can I enter my vehicle online?
Yes, click the Car Entry Button on the show information page. If the link is inactive, the deadline has passed, or it has not yet opened
Can I enter my vehicle offline?
Yes, send an email to [email protected] requesting to enter by mail.
Will there be vendors?
Yes, a few examples are die-cast cars, chemicals and waxes, racing fuels, apparel, tools and much, much more.
Is there food on-site?
Yes, the venue has a proprietary concession stand, serving hot and cold foods.
Will there be music?
Yes, there will be a DJ spinning vinyl the entire show.
Is there handicap parking available?
Yes, there is handicap parking available. Please see Venue map for locations.
Are animals allowed in the show?
No, unless they are Service Animals as defined by the www.ada.gov.
Will my email or phone number be shared?
No, we do not share email addresses or phone numbers with anyone.
