I will abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the show committee. I hereby agree that neither the Asphalt Angels Auto Club, LLC, or any of the officers, shareholders, members or employees thereof, of either the organization or the owners of the building in which the above-mentioned show is to be held, shall be responsible to me for any damage of any nature whatsoever, including theft, resulting to the automobile, or other type of vehicle, or any part thereof, displayed by me in said show; or any damage of any nature whatsoever, including theft, resulting to any part of any display used by me in said show. I agree to carry insurance covering the above listed items and assume full responsibility for any loss or damage. Both parties agree all disagreements will be decided by arbitration in the state and county where the show is produced.
